
Seekr utilizes a flexible credit-based system, allowing hosts to conveniently manage their scavenger hunt events by purchasing credits to accommodate more participants.
How Do Credits Work?
1 Credit = 1 Active Participant
Each credit allows you to admit one additional participant to your scavenger hunt.
Seekr automatically grants you 3 free participant slots for each hunt.
Room Size and Credit Usage
The maximum standard room size is 25 participants.
Example: If you have 20 credits, you can host up to 23 participants (3 free + 20 credits).
If you have 5 credits, your maximum room size is 8 participants.
Important: If you have 50 credits but haven't made special arrangements with Seekr Games, your maximum is still 25 participants.
For hunts larger than 25 participants, please contact our team.
Active Participants Explained
Credits are charged only for participants who attempt or complete at least one task.
Inactive participants, who join but do not attempt tasks, do not consume credits but still count towards your maximum room size.
No credits are charged if you close your hunt while it’s still in the waiting room.
Credit Balance
Credits are deducted from your account after the hunt closes.
Any unused current credits remain in your current balance.
This ensures you only pay for active participation, providing clarity on your credit usage.
Hosting Multiple Hunts
Credits enable you to run one hunt at a time.
