1. Open Your Scavenger Hunt Dashboard
Log in to your Seekr Games account and navigate to your dashboard.
From here, click on the hunt you want to host. You’ll see all your active and past hunts in one convenient place.
2. Click “Host Hunt” to Get Started
Once you’ve chosen your hunt, simply click the Host Hunt button.
This will take you to the waiting room for your scavenger hunt—your home base while you wait for participants to join.
3. Invite Players to Join
Participants can join your hunt in two easy ways:
Enter the Code: They go to seeker.it and type in the unique code displayed at the top of your waiting room screen.
Scan the QR Code: If they’re on their phone, they can simply scan the QR code for instant access.
Tip: Share the code or QR image in a group chat or display it on a screen if you’re hosting in person!
4. Start the Hunt!
Once all your participants have joined, it’s time to kick things off! Click Start Hunt to give everyone access to the scavenger hunt list. Players will instantly see all items to find and can start submitting their photos.
5. Track Progress with the Live Leaderboard
As the host, you get a real-time view of the action:
Leaderboard: See how many items each player has found.
Player Stats: Click on a player’s name to view detailed stats and see how they’re doing.
Players can still join late using the code or QR code—even after the hunt has started.
6. End the Hunt and Celebrate
When the scavenger hunt is finished, just click End Hunt.
This will close the hunt and lock in everyone’s scores. Time to celebrate the winners and share some laughs!
